How can I subscribe to a PRO package?
You can find our Subscription pages through the PRO buttons anywhere on the Lyrebird Studio products. Once you land on the page,you will see the outlining of the subscription packages we offer. After selecting your desired plan, your payment process will begin. If you have any payment related issues, we advise you to contact your Store platforms. If your payment process is successful, your subscription will be activated.
How can I restore my subscription?
You can restore your subscriptions easily by tapping the Restore button on our Subscription pages through the PRO buttons anywhere on the Lyrebird Studio products. We advise you to check if you are signed in under the same account that purchased the subscription with. You can also restore your subscription manually:
If you are an Android user;
- First go to your Google Play Store and make sure you are signed in under the same account that you purchased your subscription with. Find your Subscriptions settings, select the Lyrebird Studio product you want to restore the subscription of, and tap Resubscribe.
If you are an IOS user;
- First go to your device’s Settings and make sure you are signed in under the same account that you purchased your subscription with. Tap your name and then tap Subscriptions, select the Lyrebird Studio product you want to restore the subscription of, and tap Resubscribe.
Can I use Lyrebird Studio products for free?
Yes, Lyrebird Studio products are free to use. Purchasing a subscription package will ensure you won’t be seeing any advertising and get some additional perks depending on the product, but you can choose to use the free version.
Can I switch between subscription packages?
No, you can’t switch between subscription packages. Instead, you can cancel your active subscription and once all payments regarding that package are completed, purchase the one you want to switch to.
How can I cancel my subscription?
If you are an Android user;
- You can cancel your subscription easily. First go to your Google Play Store and make sure you are signed in under the same account that you purchased your subscription with. Find your Subscriptions settings, select the Lyrebird Studio product you want to unsubscribe from, and cancel.
- We would like to underline that Lyrebird Studio doesn’t handle subscriptions directly. As Google Play is handling the subscriptions, they also handle issues regarding refund and charging. To request a refund, we suggest you contact Google Play Store.
If you are an IOS user;
- You can cancel your subscription easily. First go to your device’s Settings and make sure you are signed in under the same account that you purchased your subscription with. Tap your name and then tap Subscriptions, select the Lyrebird Studio product you want to unsubscribe from, and cancel.
- We would like to underline that Lyrebird Studio doesn’t handle subscriptions directly. As AppStore is handling the subscriptions, they also handle issues regarding refund and charging. To request a refund, we suggest you contact AppStore.
Please note that an unauthorized purchase made by a minor is not under our refund responsibilities and requires you to contact your Store platforms for a refund.
Why is my credit card being deducted for a free trial?
Those are not deductions, but pending payment authorization requests between your app store (Google Play Store or App Store depending on your device) and your bank. They exist to ensure you have a valid payment method for a subscription. It is under your bank's responsibility to manage and depending on your bank they can stay pending up to 14 business days. If you still see them after 14 business days or if you have any questions regarding authorization requests we advise you to contact your bank directly.
There's no charge during the free trial. You'll be billed at the end of the trial unless you cancel your subscription within the trial period. We also want to underline that a free trial is granted as a one time offer. If a deduction occurred and was confirmed, then you might have benefited from a free trial previously, therefore would not be eligible for another one. Please check your Store accounts for previous subscriptions.
Can I include Lyrebird Studio products in my Family Sharing pool?
No, we are sorry to report that Lyrebird Studio products are not in the IOS Family Sharing pool at the moment.
Can I use my PRO subscription on multiple devices?
Yes, as long as your devices are under the same operating system, and you are signed in under the same Apple ID or Google Play account that you purchased the subscription with, you can use your PRO subscription on multiple devices. You simply need to install the Lyrebird Studio application you are subscribed to, and restore your subscriptions easily by tapping the Restore button on our Subscription pages through the PRO buttons anywhere on the Lyrebird Studio products.
Can I use my PRO subscription on multiple operating systems?
No, your subscription is not interchangeable as each subscription is tied to the account it was purchased from.

Do I need an account to use Lyrebird Studio products?
No, you do not need an account to use Lyrebird Studio products. All of our features are available without login and password. Subscriptions are linked to your App Store or Google Play account depending on the type of device you're using.
How can I suggest a new feature?
If you have any feedback or requests regarding the Lyrebird Studio products you can let us know at product@lyrebirdstudio.net. We ask that you include the name of the Lyrebird Studio product with your suggestions.
Can I use Lyrebird Studio products offline?
No, we don’t advise you to use Lyrebird Studio products offline since the majority of our features rely on servers. Having your internet connection off while using Lyrebird Studio products may result in limited or interrupted services.
Are Lyrebird Studio products’ exports available for commercial use?
We handle commercial use requests on a case by case basis. You can submit your requests to marketing@lyrebirdstudio.net with the scope and timeline of your commercial purpose.
How can I suggest new content?
If you have any feedback or requests regarding content in the Lyrebird Studio products you can let us know at content@lyrebirdstudio.net. We ask that you include the name of the Lyrebird Studio product with your suggestions.
How can I report content?
If you stumble upon any content format in Lyrebird Studio products that you deem offensive, impersonating or infringing copyright, you can report them at content@lyrebirdstudio.net. We ask that you include the name of the Lyrebird Studio product, the date of occurrence, a screenshot of said content with your complaint.
